With Pilates, most exercises are done with only 6 to ten
repetitions, and each rep is done with focus and attention to form. Whether you're
very fit or new to exercise we
will guide you to the program that is
right for you. You
will achieve great results because we take a personal
interest in each client. We make this promise: If you do three 50 minute Pilates workouts a week for 3 months
