This Post-Graduate Program gives Certified Instructors the opportunity to take their teaching careers to the next level. Zayna Gold will give participants a pathway towards becoming a Master Instructor with her decades of knowledge.

Over a period of 6 months, participants will learn Zayna's unique style of teaching and her "secret sauce" that has revolutionized the Pilates Industry. 

Being a Master Instructor involves cueing expertise, excellent class formatting and a deep knowledge of Anatomy and working with Special Populations. Throughout each weekend you will be given valuable tools necessary to begin this journey.  Program size is limited so that learning is hands-on and tailored to each participant.

- Mastering the Art & Science of Pilates
- Final Test Prep
